Clients reviews about Om Trans Packers And Movers Dehradun

Hi, I wanted to inform you about something I noticed regarding your Google reviews. A person who seems to be associated with another packaging company randomly approached me on the road and asked if he could rate his business on Google. I agreed and gave him my phone. He gave his own business a 5-star rating and then gave your company a 0-star rating, saying that your service was not good. After I reached home, I checked the review and realised what had happened. I feel this was wrong and I do not support this kind of practice. I have deleted the negative review from my side because I had no personal experience with your company and the review was not based on my own experience. I just wanted to inform you that someone may be using fake or misleading reviews to negatively affect your Google rating. Please look into this and, if possible, make your future customers aware of such activity. I hope this information helps your business. ~ Ishika P
